Improvisation

Improvisation is where I lose myself to find myself—

Built into the fabric of my dance practice, improvisation is where my love for movement was born. At age 3, dancing in my parent’s kitchen, I discovered what it felt like to relinquish myself to music and a moment… I have since never stopped.  It is how I continue to grow, staying in touch with my physical instinct and emotional intuition. And it is also how I choose to live my life—unmoored by expectation, and hungry for realization.
